Every fragrance offered by Sorave is carefully crafted and inspired by globally loved scent profiles. While our team works diligently to create fragrances with similar olfactory impressions, we do not claim them to be exact replicas of any designer or branded perfumes.

By placing an order with Sorave, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Shipping & Returns Policy.


Shipping Policy

At SORAVE, we strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location, package weight, and courier availability. We do not add hidden handling charges beyond the applicable courier rates.

Delivery Timeline

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier service availability.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, public holidays, high-demand periods, or due to unforeseen logistical delays.
  • In rare cases, low-stock items may require additional processing time if sourced from our inventory partners or physical stock locations.

Delivery Responsibility

Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping details while placing the order. Sorave shall not be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Unavailability of the recipient at the delivery location
  • Refusal to accept delivery

If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts, any reshipping charges shall be borne by the customer.

We strongly recommend choosing a delivery address where someone is available to receive the parcel during standard delivery hours.

Returned or Unclaimed Orders

If an order is returned to SORAVE due to non-acceptance, failed delivery, or non-collection by the customer, original shipping charges are non-refundable, as these costs are paid directly to the courier partner.


Product Inspection Upon Delivery

We advise customers to inspect the package carefully upon delivery and report any visible damage, leakage, or missing items immediately.

Any issue regarding damaged or defective products must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.


Defective or Damaged Products

At Sorave, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we may offer:

  • Replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial or full refund (subject to verification)

To initiate a claim, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photographs/videos of the product
  • Description of the issue

Please note:

  • Fragrance preference or personal dislike of a scent does not qualify as a product defect.
  • Minor variations in fragrance perception may occur due to skin chemistry and environmental conditions.

Lost Orders

In the event of a delayed or missing shipment, customers are requested to wait at least 7 business days beyond the expected delivery date before raising a claim. Our support team will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the matter promptly.


Change of Mind Policy

SORAVE does not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • No longer needing the item
  • Receiving the same product as a gift
  • Preference-related dissatisfaction with fragrance notes

As fragrances are personal and subjective in nature, we encourage customers to review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.


Return Request Procedure

To request a return or report an issue, please contact our customer support team via Contact Us page.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Contact number
  • Details of the issue
  • Supporting photos/videos (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned within 14 days after return approval.
  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Sorave reserves the right to reject returns if products show signs of misuse, tampering, or excessive usage.

Unless otherwise approved by Sorave, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.


Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe after inspection and approval of returned goods.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds apply only to eligible returned products.


Order Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Razorpay Transactions

If an order paid through Razorpay is cancelled or refunded upon customer request, SORAVE reserves the right to deduct the non-refundable transaction fee charged by Razorpay from the total refund amount.

Accordingly, the refunded amount may exclude applicable payment gateway processing charges.
